Thomas D. Knoll

Thomas D. Knoll of Milltown, NJ passed away November 26, 2017 at St. Peter’s Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ.  He was 69 years old.  Born and raised in Milltown, he was a lifelong resident.  Thomas proudly served his country as a member of the US Army during the Vietnam era.  He was employed as a forklift operator by Permacel Tape.  He was a devoted member and Past Vice Commander of the Milltown American Legion Joyce Kilmer Post #25.  Predeceased by his parents John and Grace (née Beatty) Knoll, sister and brother-in-law Judy and Fred Czarnecki, and nephew Eric Knoll, Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Julia, brothers and sisters-in-law: James and Cathy Knoll, Dennis and Kathy Knoll, and Kevin and Eleanor Knoll, and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.  The family will welcome friends Wednesday 4-8pm at the Bronson & Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown.  Funeral service Thursday 10am at the funeral home.  Final disposition is private.  In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O.
