William F. Puntorno

William F. Puntorno of North Brunswick, NJ passed away on Sunday January 10, 2021 at St. Peter’s Medical Center.  He was 70 years old.  Born in South Amboy and raised in Edison, he was a resident of North Brunswick for over 30 years.  He was employed as a truck driver for 44 years by High Grade Beverage and served as his Teamsters shop steward.  He was also the owner of Reliable Maintenance of North Brunswick.  William was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Milltown.  He was an avid and skillful hunter and fisherman.

Predeceased by his parents Fred and Anna (née Messeroll) Puntorno, William is survived by his devoted wife of nearly 50 years Diane (née Di Bella) Puntorno, daughter Jessica Puntorno, sister-in-law Darlene Christophersen and her husband Leif, beloved niece Shannon Bachmann and her wife Karen, nephew Raymond Bachmann,    and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Family and friends will be received Thursday 3-7pm at the Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown, NJ.  The funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church followed by interment at Holy Cross Burial Park.
