Mary Ann Zimmerman

Mary Ann Zimmerman of Milltown, NJ passed away November 2, 2022 at home with her loving family at her side.  She was 65 years old.  Born and raised in Hazelton, PA, she eventually relocated to Beltsville, MD.  On the way, Mary Ann earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a Masters in Marine Science from the University of South Carolina.  She was employed in purchasing for 34 years by the University of Maryland.  Mary Ann loved art in all its forms and was an enthusiastic participant in Friday art classes at the Milltown Public Library.  After she retired, Mary Ann and her husband Ken sold their home, bought and RV, and travelled the country for five years.  During the journey she enjoyed taking photographs of their adventures and posting them to her Facebook page. She liked to take pictures of the sunset in the many places they visited.  Their motto was, “Not all who wander are lost”

Predeceased by her parents Albert Zimmerman and Ethel Benninger, Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband of forty years Ken Yetman, son and daughter-in-law Eric Lee and Nicole Yetman, son Michael Guy Yetman, and mother-in-law Kathleen Yetman.

Family and friends will be received Saturday 12pm – 4pm at the Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown, NJ. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:30pm.  Final disposition is private.
