Ethel Bunn

A Life Well Lived - Ethel Joanna Bunn June 8, 1938 – June 19, 2022 

Ethel Joanna Bunn 84, passed away at home on June 19, 2022. The world lost a 

beloved mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend, 

Ethel was born in Westmoreland, Pennsylvania to Naomi and Daniel Olmizzi. She was 

employed as a telephone operator and a teachers-aide. Her most rewarding position 

was being an administrator in His Precious Love Ministry where she worked for 20 

years. She read and studied the Bible daily and recently was leading a study with 

friends every week via conference call.  She was a woman of faith and the heart of the 

Bunn-Melillo family. It gave her so much joy to pray and encourage people with her 

wisdom. Ethel hosted the great birthday parties for her young daughter and then 

again for her grandsons. She baked beautiful cakes; she created special games; and 

organized crafts that all the children enjoyed. 

Ethel was predeceased (2018) by her husband of 55 years, Clarence Rayburn Bunn; 

her parents Naomi and Daniel Olmizzi; and her brother Daniel Olmizzi. She is survived 

by her daughter, Mary Sue Melillo and son-in-law Nick Melillo: two loving grandsons, 

Nicholas and Steven Melillo; her sister Connie Sakash and her husband Roger. She is 

survived and missed by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. 

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Monday, July 11^th from 6-8 at 

Grace Church of North Brunswick 321 Old Georges Road North Brunswick Township, 

NJ 08902.
