JoAnn Catalano-Jagemann

JoAnn Catalano-Jagemann of North Brunswick, NJ passed away unexpectedly January 3, 2018 at RWJUH.  She was 69 years old.  Born in New Brunswick, NJ, she resided a number of years in her youth in Geneva, NY and was a 1966 graduate of Geneva HS, before returning to NJ where she was a longtime resident of North Brunswick.  She served her community for many years as a crossing guard at Cleremont Ave/Linwood Pl.  She truly enjoyed going to work every day and seeing the children she crossed.  JoAnn’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her beloved grandchildren.  Predeceased by her parents Frank and Fortunata Catalano and sisters Rosemarie Shine and Angelina Rang; JoAnn is survived by siblings: Madeline McDermott, Victoria Hyatt, Frangina Catalano-Dennis, Frank Catalano, Jr., Denise Spumberg, and Debra Sierotowicz; son Richard W. Jagemann, Jr. and daughter Deanna Jagemann-Naylor and her husband Tom Naylor; and grandchildren: Zeign Jagemann and Eli, Nicholas, Jon, and Isabella Naylor.  The funeral mass will be held Tuesday 11am at St. Mary of Mt. Virgin RC Church, 190 Sanford St., New Brunswick, NJ.  Final disposition is private.
