Donald R. Kane, Jr.

Donald R. Kane, Jr. of Redfield, NY passed away March 8, 2018 at his home.  He was 61 years old.  Born in New Brunswick, NJ and raised in Milltown, NJ, he was a longtime area resident before relocating to Redfield 13 years ago.  Don was an outdoorsman, an avid hunter and fisherman with the ability to live off the land.  He was a member of the Milltown Rangers AC and member of multiple area hunting and fishing clubs.  Predeceased by his father Donald, Sr. in 2003 and brother Frank in 2008, Don is survived by his loving mother Dolores, brother Dennis, brother and sister-in-law Michael and Kathy, sisters and brothers-in-law Linda and Marty Hipko and Kathy and Rick Moore, and many loving nieces and nephews.  Don’s family will welcome friends Wednesday 4-8pm at the Bronson & Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown.  The funeral mass will be said on Thursday, 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church followed by entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
